  When first walking into the store, Garfield greeted my family and asked us if he could help with anything. He gave us his business card and proceeded to show us around the outlet before we looked around the rest of the store. We found a couch we loved and helped us with the purchase and even gave us a cleaning kit. We appreciated his help and patience with all of our inquiries. We will definitely be back and will continue to work with Garfield with any purchases we make at Bob’s Furniture! Thank you, Garfield!

  great service with Garfield salesperson at Dedham location. He was very professional friendly personal and gave honest information when requested. Best service today. We were so pleased we purchased 3 rooms of furniture. Great example of excellent customer service.
