  The store is managed badly and the staff is incompetent. My daughter bought a top at this store last fall, but since it was sleeveless and "summery" looking she didn't want to wear it right away. When she went to wear it a few months later, she discovered that the security tag had not been removed. That was the first level of incompetence - the sales clerk only had to ring it in and remove the tag. Guess that was too much to ask. Secondly, it is clear their security system doesn't work, or it would have gone off when she left the store and then she cold have gone back to the desk so they could remove it. She tried taking it to them now, but of course she no longer had the receipt. She explained what happened, but they refused to help her. We will never go back to this store or to any H&M, for that matter.
