  Every time I shop here, I am assisted by staff who are more than helpful and courteous. A few years ago, I recall looking for an item that was out of season, and the staff person contacted the main office to check availability and ordered it for me. You could not ask for better service. Also, the store is meticulously neat and clean.

  So grateful for LL Bean's great service. I hoped the store would have a particular product so I phoned. They had it, and held it for me at the register so I could pick it up quickly. Exactly what I needed! Don't know if public transit is available for this store. The parking here is difficult. I don't think it would be easy to bike here, or to lock a bike here. The store itself is great.
