  I shop here a couple of times per month mostly for local produce and health products. What I have come to realize is that it is better for me to visit during the slowest hours. Being inside this store is an assault on the senses. The surfaces are hard and thus do nothing to muffle the noise created by lots of people and lots of staff doing the business of keeping the place running. They do pipe in music and sometimes it is particularly to my liking [Janis Joplin yesterday] but it cannot compete with ever present din. If you're like me, go on an off-time and bring ear buds for your phone. Its not a perfect solution but it may save your sanity.
